The SPSS statistical analysis program requested by many Wonwoo was installed on all computers in the open information room.

SPSS is a program that can be used for various statistical analysis such as organizing and analyzing surveys and research data, technical statistics, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and variance analysis.

This reduces the inconvenience installing programs or finding a separate statistical analysis space,We have prepared a use environment so that you can conveniently use the program in the thesis and academic research process.

SPSS program will be available on all computers in the open information room from today,

4. Precautions for use

For safe and smooth use, please check the following.

1) Management of research data and personal information

The open information room computer is a public computer used by several people.

Please de-identify and use data containing information that can identify individuals, such as the name, contact information, student number, and resident registration number of the study participants.

When using personal information, internal data of the institution, non-public data, and non-public research data, please be extra careful not to expose the data to the outside.

2) Recommend using personal storage media

Please store the necessary data for analysis, SPSS data files, and result files on your personal USB, external storage device, or personal cloud.

Data stored on a shared computer's desktop, download folder, and document folder can be exposed to other users or deleted during the computer cleanup process.

It is difficult for the student council to take responsibility for the loss or deletion of data stored in public computers, so please save the data on your personal storage medium from time to time while using it.

3) Delete data after end of use

After you finish using it, please check that there are no personal research data and analysis results left on the public computer.

Please check your desktop, download folder, document folder, trash, etc. and make sure to log out if you are logged in to your personal account or cloud service.

4) Do not set up and delete programs

Please do not arbitrarily delete SPSS programs and related files or change the main settings of the programs for smooth co-use.

If you need additional functions or separate program installations, please do not install them arbitrarily and request them through the inquiry in advance.

5. Operation Guide

This program is designed to support thesis writing and research activities.

The program usage environment may be partially changed depending on the computer and program operation conditions, and may be temporarily restricted if inspection or update is required.
