This is a notice on the extension of lockers and new applications in the second half of 2025.
1. Notice of Application for Extension
We are accepting applications for extension in the second half of 2025 for student who used the locker in the first half of 2025.

The extension application period is from August 5th (Tue) to 24:00 on August 19th (Tue).
2. New application information

How to apply | 1) Log in to the homepage of the student council of Chung-Ang University's general graduate school 2) Click Schedule/Apply/Register 3) Click Apply for Locker 4) Apply after selecting the desired locker number 5) Deposit as many lockers as applied (우리은행 1002-065-857662 홍세인) |

User fee | 5,000 won per unit |
Precautions | - The lockers available for graduate students are located in the graduate building 302 (1st floor, B1st floor) and the central library (row A and B on the 4th floor). - Applications can be made from 12 p.m. on August 25, and those who apply before 12 p.m. will delete them arbitrarily after the person in charge checks the application time. - If the deposit details are not confirmed by the day after the application, the application will be canceled. - It's 5,000 won per locker. If you want to use multiple lockers, please deposit as much as the number of lockers. (Ex. 15,000 won for three lockers) - Please make the deposit name in your name. We are not responsible for cancellation of the application due to the error of the deposit name. - For foreigners, please make a deposit under the name registered on the homepage of the student council. (Check on My Page) - It will be available from September 1. If the item is removed using it before September 1, we will not be responsible. - If you have any questions, please contact us via Kakao Talk open chat room or email. Demolition notice | - Demolition schedule: 2025.08.25 (Mon) to 2025.08.28 (Thu) - Target to be demolished: Lockers that have not applied for extension within the announced period or are in use without permission - Items that have not been recovered before August 24 will be removed by the student council for the next user. - For the next user, please clean your locker when collecting. - If the lock is locked, remove the lock and proceed with the demolition. Please understand. - If you want to find the demolished item, please contact the Kakao Talk open chat room. - The removed items are stored by the student council, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage related to the stored items. - Items that have been removed and stored will be disposed of six months later. |
