The student council is carrying out a thesis binding fund support project.
Applicants are enrolled students, research registered students, and graduates who are scheduled to graduate in August 2025.
From this semester, the guide to changing the submission documents related to the 2025 degree thesis has been uploaded to the notice on the graduate school website as of 05.26.

1. An applicable publisher
When contacting the company, please be careful not to create an uncomfortable situation by contacting the company late at night or on holidays.

* The amount of money for each company is different, and we do not inform you in the notice.
Before applying, contact the company and get enough information, then select the publishers you want to receive and apply. (ex. amount, minimum quantity, etc.)
If you win, you can only receive it from the winning company. If you visit another company after winning and request support, you will not be able to apply. You are responsible for that.
* In addition, you can receive editing fees from the company when binding a thesis. This is also a part that can be spent differently depending on your thesis.

2. Fill the Google Form
- Google Form can only submit one form per person. (Duplex application is not allowed)
- In case of duplicate application, all cultural history will be deprived of the chance to win
- Attaching documents to prove that the person is expected to graduate when writing Google form (excluding those who are eligible for selection if not attached)
3. Application period, results announced, amount of support
Application period: May 26, 2025 to June 2, 2025
Subject announcement: Thursday, June 5, 2025, after 17:00
Amount of support: 50,000 won

4. FAQ
Q1. How will I be paid if I say I won after applying for publisher?
A1. It is a system that is processed after checking by the company, not by individual payment.
Details related to this will be informed in the announcement of the winner.
Q1-1. Is it impossible to pay individually?
A1-1. It's impossible. There are many problems that occur if you pay it personally as a binding support fund.
(ex. If you can't graduate from the semester after receiving application, or if you can't get it right), these problems will be handled after the company checks it. Please refer to that.
Q2. Is it possible to change the company after winning?
A2. It's impossible. If you want to do it in another publisher other than the one you won, please give up the one you won and proceed without receiving any support.
We do not personally refund the amount of support just because we have changed our publisher.
When applying, please make a careful decision and fill it out with sufficient information.
Q3. What should I do if I can't graduate after winning?
A3. You need to apply for cancellation.
Regarding the cancellation application, we will inform you in the announcement of the winner's results.
However, if you have not applied for cancellation due to graduation, you will be automatically unselected when applying for related projects next semester.
Q4. What documents can prove that you are a prospective graduate?
A4. You can capture and upload the contents of your current graduation class so that your name, student number, department, and student class can come out of the portal.
Other than any other certificate that you are graduating this semester is available.
However, the name, student number, and department must be written in the relevant information.
Please upload the contents as a picture file or pdf file such as .jpg, .png, etc.
Please make sure that the contents are clearly visible. (.heic file format cannot be submitted)
Q5. I applied for Google Form, can I change the contents?
A5. Once the submission is completed, the contents cannot be modified.
You can write it only once, so please write it carefully.
