Hello, this is the 45th student council of Chung-Ang University Graduate School.

The first academic conference of the 2024 CAU General Graduate School will be held for four days from November 18th (Mon) to November 21st (Thursday).
Through this academic festival, we would like to share various interdisciplinary research and achievements of the graduate schools of Chung-Ang University and encourage active academic activities.
Our student council has prepared a variety of programs to provide Wonwoo with more meaningful and informative time.

1. a lecture invited by a speaker


Speaker: Science communicator 'orbit'
Topic: What Use Science, Communication
Date and time: November 18th (Monday) at 7 p.m

Venue: 5th floor conference room in 302 building
Both pre-applicants and field participants, please bring your student ID.



2. Lucky draw event


Hours: November 18 (Mon) to November 20 (Wed), 10 a.m. to 6 p.m
Venue: 1st floor lobby of 310 building
How to Participate:
A. Please take a picture of one moment of the academic festival.

B. Upload the photo to your Instagram story, and add the #CAU Graduate Academic Festival hashtag.

C. If you show the story to the host staff, you will get one lucky draw ticket.

D. Scratch right on the spot and take a variety of prizes, such as Puang's goods, snacks, and more!



3. on-site voting for an idea contest


Hours: November 18 (Mon) to November 20 (Wed), 10 a.m. to 6 p.m
Venue: 1st floor lobby of 310 Hall (idea contest section)
How to vote:
A. Get a sticker from the host staff.

B. Please vote with a sticker on the entry that moved your heart!

1. the opening ceremony of the 개회


Time: November 18th (Monday) 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m
Venue: 1st floor lobby of 310 building
Contents: This is an official event to mark the beginning of the academic festival, and a group photo shoot and congratulatory speech will be held. We ask for your participation!


2. an exhibition of posters

Hours: November 18 (Mon) to November 20 (Wed), 10 a.m. to 6 p.m
Venue: 1st floor lobby of 310 building
Contents: Various research posters prepared by academic participants will be displayed.
Anyone can watch it freely, and you can check academic achievements and feel Wonwoo's passion.


3. an oral presentation

Engineering/Nature/Pharmacy Division: November 18th (Monday), 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Conference Room on the 5th floor of Building 302
Humanities/Social/Artistic category: November 19 (Tue) 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Room 314, 302 Hall
Content: You can listen to the research topics presented by the finalists and participate in the Q&A session. Anyone can attend and interact with the researchers.


4. closing ceremonies and award ceremonies

Time: November 21st (Thursday) 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m
Venue: 5th floor conference room in 302 building
Contents: We will be together at the end of the academic year, and the presentation and award of the award will be held.
