Hello, this is the 45th student council of Chung-Ang University Graduate School.
In November, we will share various cross-disciplinary research and achievements of the graduate students of Chung-Ang University,
In order to encourage active academic activities, we will hold an academic conference for the General Graduate School of Chung-Ang University in 2024.

I would like to proceed with the 1st Chung-Ang University General Graduate School Academic Festival.
Specific guidance on the academic system is as follows.
- Eligibility to participate: Individual or team (2 or more) enrolled in the Graduate School of General Studies at Chung-Ang University (However, students on leave of absence are not allowed to participate)
For the team, it can be up to four people.

1. Participation registration: Individuals or teams of two or more people, and all participants access Google Form and apply.

2. Submission of Entries: All participants will be accepted by submitting to the student council email (caugs45th@gmail.com ) within the period.

Please unify the email title with [CAU Academic Festival] Individual/Team_Name_College_Submission.
*Please submit it by 11:50:59 PM on Monday, October 28.
Submitted entries cannot be reviewed.
3. Qualifying examination and oral presenter: Qualifying examination will be conducted for the received entries,
The finalists who have gone through the screening will make a oral presentation at this academic event.
4. Academic Festival Main Event:
- 1. Poster Session: All participants will prepare a poster presentation.
The posters will be divided into each division and attached to the lobby on the first floor of the 310th building.
-2. Verbal Presentation Session: Participants in the finals will prepare a oral presentation for 15 minutes in the small theater on the 1st floor of Building 310.
The oral presentation will be held for two days from November 18 (Mon) to November 19 (Tuesday),
Participants will be informed of the presentation date and time through individual e-mails.
-3. Speaker Invitation Lecture: For two days from November 18 (Mon) to November 19 (Tue), the speaker is invited
The lecture will be held in the small theater on the 1st floor of the 310th building.
5. Announcement and Awards: The award-winning works selected through the evaluation of the judges will be announced, and the awards and closing ceremonies will be held.
The contents of the awards and subsidies can be changed depending on the number of participating teams.
